Central News with Senad Hadzifejzovic is the first TV show from BiH with a
clear regional concept that focuses on the most current topics from the
territory of former Yugoslavia, South-East Europe, Europe and the world.

"To solve the problem at the highest level, to talk with those that hold
real power and influence in their hands" - is the imperative of this
project. This is why the guests of Central News, either via satellite links
or in the studio, are exclusively statesmen from the region, presidents or
prime ministers, most influential politicians, the best journalists from the
region, Europe and the world.

"Who are the most imperiled categories of the population?" - is the question
of the Central News. This is why we are paying special attention to those
that were affected by the war devastation - displaced persons, returnees,
disabled persons, socially imperiled persons, children, the elderly...the
Central News is carrying out direct activities related to helping these
people, solving their problems and is being successful as well.

"Who are the minorities in today's postwar society in the region?" - is the
central question of the project. Serbs in Federation BH? Bosniaks and Croats
in RS? Serbs in Croatia? Yes, but we wish to underline one more imperiled
category - a citizen! For the authorities, the citizen's identity is
questionable, he is under pressure to state to whom he belongs, which jersey
he should wear. Yet, with this citizen we should join Europe - he is our
ticket. This is why Central News insists on the motto: Rights for everyone -
and even more rights for the imperiled!

"How can we force the viewer, the passive observer, the automated voter to
be active and to worry about other people's problems instead only for his
own?" - is one of the key questions of the project. CD offers viewers an
open forum, direct participation in the program, interactive feature "Hello,
Central News" in which we provoke viewers and make them present their
standpoints on their own and also on everybody else's imperilment, violation
of rights....

"In a situation characterized by the fact that the authorities, politics and
the state do not care about media, why does the Central News still have a
major influence?" Because the author of the project, the editor and the
anchorman, is a journalist with 22-year experience in journalism, liberated
from imperatives to only be exclusive, to only have the highest ratings, but
free enough to put his professional knowledge in function of society and not
his personal promotion.

The Central News, its author and its team share a clear position: this
country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, cannot be built only by the will and the
standards of a single nation, it must be the country of all three peoples
and all its citizens. The same should go for other countries in the region.
Therefore, the guests of the Central News are presidents of the three
countries that were engaged in war until recently. If these are their FIRST
appearances, they must not be regarded solely as an exclusive interview, but
these talks must produce some sort of an effect, a step forward, a lesson, a
position, an action. This can be achieved only if an experienced editor
imposes on the presidents topics about the future, reconciliation, mutual
respect and rights of their citizens.
